Community Clubhouse and Swimming Pool...
Meeting your neighbors is easy and fun at Brooks Cottage
craftsman-style community club house. Brooks Cottage offers a spacious gathering area with
fireplace and prep kitchen which is perfect for hosting social events and
activities. The clubhouse can fit more than 40 guests but if you need more room the clubhouse doors open up to an
expansive patio adorned with rocking chairs and loungers all overlooking a crystal clear
community swimming pool.
Our oversized swimming pool offers a shallow end for those looking to just get
their feet wet and our clubhouse is equipped with a handicapped accessible
shower and changing area as well as separate handicapped accessible bathroom facilities...Ramps and wide
doorways make the clubhouse accessible to all...
Access to our community clubhouse and swimming pool area
requires a security code. The clubhouse is also equipped with a telephone with
911 service to ensure guest and resident safety.
